The last lot I put glue filled heat shrink tube over the endsBrian puts cable-ties on. I haven't bothered yet but I will keep an eye on it.

I've ordered some other stuff 3mm Id, 5mm od. Off ebay, unsure of what it is as the description was poor but I'm hoping it's nylon and I can sweat it on. Only £1.68 iirc free post so I thought why not. Normal pneumatics nylon is 2,4,6mm etc id and it wouldn't seal very well when I tried it donkeys years ago on the 110. I might have a slight leak from the injector pipe or the injector washer causing my issues as the other cylinders are bone dry and no deterioration of the crinkly pipes on them. Not getting much free time at the moment to fiddle.
Yeah, 3.2 , the crinkly gates stuff always has a witness mark on it off the injector nut, without measuring it I suspect its at least 5mm od, probably more.iirc the id is 3.2mm. It cannot be too thick otherwise it won't push on all the way because it will foul at the bottom where the gap between the nipple and the injector gets a bit tight. I've got a vague memory of one of mine being particularly short on space, probably #4.
If it's silicone, it will breath diesel fumes.I've ordered some other stuff 3mm Id, 5mm od. Off ebay, unsure of what it is as the description was poor but I'm hoping it's nylon and I can sweat it on. Not sure what it is tbh..

Airline is fairly rigid made to go into couplers, it will not go over a nipple and stay there as it softens at fairly low temperatures. I have a lot of the stuff in stock, I used to make controllers for air powered systems. That's what I'm hoping, never seen it with a 3mm id though. It might sweat on snug to the nipple that normally takes 3.2.
It has so far, about 3 yearsDoh..
Did the glue lined shrink wrap work Keith?
Well, that didn't work, 37 miles and it's leaking around the injector nipple. Shame, I had hopes for this stuff. Replaced with crinkly gates stuff again.I've ordered some other stuff 3mm Id, 5mm od. Just curious what size stuff it is your after? Next time I pop down the local hose place that make stuff up and what not I can always ask what they would recommend and mention how the hoses seem to keep breaking down they might have some interesting thoughts on it.Well, that didn't work, 37 miles and it's leaking around the injector nipple. It's surprising to me that you thought you could go to Brighton AND escape leakage ?Well, that didn't work, 37 miles and it's leaking around the injector nipple. Shame, I had hopes for this stuff. Replaced with crinkly gates stuff again.
3.2mm bore. Resistant to fuel and heat. Pushes over nipples, no room for clamps and they shouldn't need them.Just curious what size stuff it is your after?
