Just done a day in Bala Forest. Its not all extreme stuff but I love it because there are some amazing views, a fantastic mix of terrain and just the right balance so you feel challenged but aren't in constant fear of damage.
You could take something nice and shiny here and, providing you are a competent driver, have a good day without too many worries.
This video shows the morning session we did before things stepped up a level in the afternoon. Interesting because a tricked up Jeep joined our little group and it was fun to see it on the same terrain as the Land Rovers, even if its modded suspension cost more on its own than some cars!
