You could fit a rack on those rear bars I think then maybe have a couple of legs coming up off the front bumper, or pierce down through the wings down the the chassis with legs and have a support frame over the top of the windscreen?

You could make a ‘riser’ to sit on the rear bars to lift stuff clear of the roof? I made something out of wood so I can strap a ladder on but it’s not at my house and I can’t go get it at the moment but I could try mock something up to illustrate what I made? Or try draw a picture?
