Okay,
Spent this morning removing all the windscreen trim and skittle panel etc to try and reseal the pollen filter housing. I did reseal it all, but it was dry as a bone so I don't think it was leaking from there. Cleaned A/C drains again, nothing came out of there. Checked sunroof drains, and blew them through with air, checked for holes in the welds and the condition of the windscreen bonding generally, nothing.
I ended up taking a lot of interior trim off so I could get the carpets folded right back, and the underlay out of the car to check all over and then I saw it.
My drivers side A/C drain was disconnected. The rubber tube that goes through the floor had fallen off. I've put it back and secured it with a jubilee clip (there was nothing on it before), hopefully this has sorted it out.
