So quick update on the stage 1 empire ecu £250 we’ll spent, Doris is transformed fully recommend to any td5 owner much better drive ability ! All round value for money and driving it is a joy low down grunt feels excellent and making an over take is no longer a big thing just squeeze the throttle n your past

Fuel economy is definitely better it all depends on your right foot but driving the same as I did I have noticed a difference the fuel needle is dropping a lot slower

So little update mot looming , new tyre ordered, front and rear cam seals ordered and new coolant temp sensor ordered also have to sort weeping coolant pipe, and then book in for mot

misses ford broken again so she’s using Doris daily - fuel gauge keeps dropping tho hmmmm

Yea ran a bit of it round both seals still dry as a bone n yep very happy with the go go power

Good! I had mine pop off just outside a petrol station! Oil went EVERYWHERE, went all over the fan belt so minimal powersteering
