Door handle latch type

Hi all
Can any one help please?
I have a defender 110, year 1986. It has latch type door handles and I am looking to replace these. Not sure if this is relevant but it has manual wind down windows as opposed to slide ones.

One piece doors with wind up windows were standard on 1986 civilian 110. Latch should be the anti burst type as fitted to the last series 3's.
I think it was sometime in 86 that the change to the handle type used since was made.

I had noticed the anti burst latches before but most of them seemed to have the latch hand on both inner and outside. I just want the latch on the outside. Would this still be a series 3, earlier defengg ?

I had considered anti burst latches but noted latch style handles inside and outside. Mine has just the latches on the outside. Can these still be purchased?
