I've been thinking about this since I posted earlier
This would be the case for Defenders.
However the rest of the Land Rover range appear to be designed for rich folk in the cities to do the school run or even worse for footballers wives as a fashion accessory
Is yes the sand camo one think I saw u up woodlands a few days back , if ya wanna get muddy n stuck try the old slag heap down stainforth just as u leave towards Thorne it's on the left toward the Canal , from what I hear Donny lanes ain't gonna be what ur after .
Greenlanings a touchy subject due to em getting closed down due to abuse , best bets a pay n play site there's tons round Donny plenty of fun getting stuck in them

to please some of you i went to a p+p site on sunday. just outside woodlands. was good fun and got stuck a few times.
can all of you that are moaning at me for greenlaning as its ILLEGAL honestly say you keep to the law????? do you ever go 1mph over the limit? thats illegal too you know but you still do it. and its people speeding that is bringing more speed cameras to our roads and ruining that for everyone? nobody is perfect.

Glad you had fun, and im glad you went to a pay and play site. :lol:
I get what your trying to say about the speed limit thing and i must say its not often i exceed the limit but i have and do yes.
But when you get caught speeding it is your own fault and you get fined for it.
Its not the same with lanes, if they get churned up no one gets a fine, we all get blamed by the walkers(who think we are scum!) and then they get shut and the people who dont churn them up suffer swell.
Just out of interest, do you have a snorkel on your disco?
That water looks pretty deep and i cant see one. Might be an investment for the future? Nice one.

looks like you had a right laugh at Frickley & it's well handy for us that live in Sth Yorks. Even mine did OK there and onlt got stuck a couple of times it's always muddy (didn;t go through water anywhere near as deep as that tho') and you can choose the routes that suit you (non damaging for me as it's my daily driver).
If you really get the P&P bug, there's a couple of really good ones in west/nth yorks. Parkwood (Tong) between Leeds & Bradford and Langdale near scarborough.
Did both of them in my landcruiser (not dared in the rangie yet, but on the cards for 2013) and they are brill

yes i do have a snorkle on it. but the filter has been damaged on the top so currently just an open pipe. lmao.
i have watched a few vids of TONG and im very intrested in going there.
frickley is on again a week sunday so ill most likely be going there
