Good question..how did the calipers bleed up,very soft pedal and a good flow at the bleed nipple?
Bearing in mind if it was done the traditional way?

I always presumed that if 'tronics' die the system continues to work in analogue** form,Brke items (like steering and suspension) should be changed in axle sets - changing 3 calipers means one axle still has an old caliper, this *could* lead to differences in braking effort and become an issue....
Any how, have you had it on diagnostics to rule out any ABS ECU issues or ABS Pre-Charge Pump issues?
I am sure that decent Full Fat Testbook-esque diagnostics can monitor brake system fluid pressures and could give an indication of a fault somewhere - The ABS system doesn't just handle braking, it also has a part to play in dynamic stability, traction control and gives information to the EAS system.

If there is good vacuum to the servo and still no braking effort - can we assume the servo is duff?
He says it dipped a little.....which may not be conclusive, I would say the pedal should drop a couple of inches (if not a little more) when testing as per the vid.....his 'dropped a little' is not definitive to saying the vacuum servo is OK or not.Well if he did the test in the vid then it's a pass, Shirley?

No, thankfully they removed the boost pump system and went back to standard servo assistance, but there is a pre-charge pump for the ABS system....as I said above a few posts back I am not sure what happens if the precharge pump fails - if the braking is still as is (minus ABS) or if there is a difference in pedal effort required.I did ask that also.
I think @Sylvesters dad needs somebody there to look with him...
So does the L322 have a pressurised system similar to the P38?

Just tried it on the baby BMW.....On ours when you start the pedal travels a good 3inches slowly.
And doesn’t push back when it’s turned off.
