Document of conformity

Hello all,
At the moment I’m trying to get the paperwork to register an ex military 109 onto the road in which I require a document of conformity
All of these websites charging hundreds of euros require proof of registration and pictures of plates and I can’t get them without a COC, Any ideas on what to do?

I just wondered as I didn't know what authority you were up against.

Your 109 is it a Rover 9 or 11 or Series 3? If you have the contract plate with a Contract No. & Asset Code it will tie in with Technical Data Summary of the relevant EMER that will give the exact specifications of your vehicle. If the plate is still there it will have the ERM & I may have a picture of it in service..
