I do. My son just called and asked me to watch his dog so he and his girlfriend can go to Denver and look at a '96 Disco that's for sale!

I have to face it. I've been a bad example to the lad.

Yes all the time

My daughter calls my defender an "ugly box" :mad:

Just didn't bring her up right :eek:

Our 16year old wants ye olde freelander when he passes his test so we is obviously worried about his sexuality, although he does have a girlfriend....... well i think its a girl :eek:

He cant have it anyway as its a commercial and no commercial insurer will insure an under 25 :scratching_chin:

Here it is.

Where's the nooooooo Merkin then:confused::confused::confused::confused:

I nearly fell off the couch about 5mins since when my 5year old lad announced "I'm going to get married and have some children":eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

After seeing the look on my face, he then added "Not for a while though, I'm going to do that when I'm an adult, I'm only a child at the moment":rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Oi does your disco's rust out as bad where you live as they to in the UK?

What year is it and miles, v8 of course
No they don't. And it doesn't have a sunroof!!:cool:

It's a '96 with some mods. 2" lift and hd coils and shocks, ARB bumper and decent tires. Not sure of the miles, but the previous owner had it for 6 years and put 45,000 miles on it. He may be a forum member here and belongs to a Land Rover club in Denver. So at least it came from someone who knows Landies, which is not so common here.

Did you see the pic I posted?

'Tis'nt ow you bring 'em up , 'tis ow they turn out ! As we do say in Debon.:eek::lol:

After buying ours, my eldest girl asked why it isn't green like all landrovers should be. My second eldest girl wanted to know why it wasnt British Racing Green, like ALL cars should be, my 16 year old lad was too interested in Black Ops (but did mutter something about camouflage) and my youngest daughter wanted to know if they come in pink....

hmmm

My daughter never appreciated Landrovers until she went to Australia on a gap year and they gave her a Defender to drive. She loved it! She's now married and living out there and set her heart on a Discovery.
