Right, I think you need to come back to this
I've checked through the wiring today and there's power to the relay but not getting to the pump, I used my probe to put power from the relay socket to the pump and it works, bridged relay terminals and tried to start still nothing, it will fire off easy start,

Now I'm **** with electrics. But sumat ain't right there is it @neilly ?

I watched these last night lol, I really am fooked off with it now, sound weird but there's power to the relay and you can bridge it to power pump, as soon as you put relay back in no power,

When you say there is power to the relay, did you check it against the pin numbers in the Rave electrical file?

Cheers

This is for the 2003 D2 td5, see wire C0578-4 that goes to the fuel pump.

Not 100% but sure it's 30 mate

In that case I would say you are not getting the signal in the wire to make the relay flick the switch as such. By limking 30 and 87 you are replicating what the relay should be doing.

I highly recommend you download the rave file and read up on the electrical diagram, As you are not getting glow plugs or fuel pump it might be that you do not have the main relay supplying voltage to the relay for the fuel pump or glow plugs. But I may be wrong,it has been a very long day.
