Yes mate not much left, getting there no lights so is on the mend I hope, what confuses me is yesterday i only changed the compressor basically 2 off one on, as you know only one hp pipe which wasn't leaking any way last night suspension stayed up perfectly, s

Sorry got cut off, still to run live data, keen to work out issue rather than throw parts at it, once suspension issues resolved most likely will sell it keep the auto, couldn't calibrate with autel this morning in touch with help desk, I have most likely done something wrong when registering I suspect, photo of height values all the best

That’s great news the list is getting shorter

Must confess I had a nightmare with my suspension which lead me to test each line one by one with an isolating valve and pressure gauge , allowed to split them in sections

Then raised the suspension to off road height , measured each wheel then removed the F26 fuse to stop the self levelling , fronts went down which after testing found the struts were leaking , replaced and moved on to other areas as I removed each section out of the equation

Fingers crossed it will soon be up and running my friend

Spot on the there mate with the +- 10% , did u try raising it to off road height then down to normal ride height to see if they will settle or constantly out by that far , assume it’s on level ground as I know ur very knowledgeable

Such a shame ur not closer as would have plugged my mx808 Autel in being a more capable scanner FOC for u

Know there are differences with the same white ap200 , but the calibration that works has the menu setting whilst others don’t

Have u tried deleting the software app and reinstalling it plse as maybe that will work for u ,have seen some not work on an iPad but does in iPhone

Hope that helps

Never thought of that will re install, pretty sure I have gotten all my suspension info from you mate, will fiddle with it futher this afternoon, yes shame you don't live round the corner although I might be a pain Lol, can always get mate from garage to calibrate, doing pre mot work/check on a range rover this afternoon mot later in week so will grab him one lunchtime if neccessary will try raising it and a little drive and recheck many thanks

Your so welcome and never a pain my friend , always a pleasure to help where I can

Indeed and that’s awesome u have someone that can plug there scanner in for u, all the best for the mot

Plse let us know of the findings of the abs module when u know, many thks

As suggested re-downloaded ap200 app on my phone, used wifes before as it was newer model, low and behold calibration works, so tried to go through instructions, threw up c1a00-54 control module, put this down to me messing with the ride height so had a cup of tea tried again this time worked enough to put light out but not spot on still lumpy ride, will run pressures again, may just buy a new compressor, anyway cut my losses for today, going to get a mate to help me check again the calibration, will let you have engineers report soon as I get it, have learned don't mess with air suspension if your not patient Lol

Yah, good news my friend and indeed so pleased it worked

Personally would get a new compressor , I bought a Dunlop which are a bit cheaper , mines been good as gold for 4+ years

Chat soon mate and look forward to seeing what the engineer report back

Are the fuses in the battery junction box OK? a few years ago I had one with lots of odd air suspension problems, the 5A fuse was corroded (along with a few others but unrelated) due to the lid missing for a while, the owner had replaced it but not thought to mention it.... IIRC we were sporadically getting the control voltage dropping to 3 - 3.5V, the tech that initially looked at it thought it was the RLM but a replacement module didn't fix it, replacing the fuse & cleaning the fuseholder terminals did.

Hi mate yes every thing nice and clean but will recheck power supply at unit etc when I refit nothing seems untoward so far, raining today but going to refit unit tomorrow and start rechecking everything, have a nagging feeling I may have diagnosed the wrong module being honest with you, at least can rule out abs/dynamics checked wiring plugs etc on tcm will be looking at this a bit closer once have reconnected abs tomorrow weather plays ball many thanks

Found a very sketchy rear wheel bearing on my 07 today removed the hub and cleaned abs sensor and ring areas, was probably a quarter of a teaspoon of rust stuck to the sensor so cleaned up, will do the otherside too at least clean it, removing and fitting bearing tomorrow borrowing the local blacksmiths press will press in hub when new backplate arrives maltings 24hr, old one didn't make it Lol, 2 new compressors on the way, Bought new repair plugs for the rear height sensors, pin configuration does not match original (evilbay when will I learn?) Good job hadn't cut wiring, so removed sensor attached plug using cable ties and refitted should be ok for now, going to clean up hand brake both sides and readjust while I'm there, waiting for parts again

Hi can anyone help? Trying to find atcm location probably looking in wrong places, going through system getting 60 ohms at every canbus location, now have only communication issues with the atcm, heads up would be most appreciated

Hi mate

I believe the ATCM is the automatic transmission module which sits inside the gear box, AKA mechatronic module

Have heard that the pins on the cone Citreon can cause an issue that plugs into the gearbox

Hope that helps

Many Thanks mate plug first will check for canbus and power/ wiring, have 60 ohms at all plugs checked, also looked at it awake too couldn't help it, tested fuses for power tested all relays relevant or not, will check this plug while the motors out in future, will also recheck transmission fluid level as read this can cause codes, on a positive note runs sweet as a nut starts straight up no drama. Fitting wheel hub today on 07 new bearing and back plate, I Also bought a cheap compressor for this one £160 looks ok weighs the same, will give it a test, have to know, thanks for you help with the wiring you have really kindled my interest, becoming fascinated about something I was always worried about, will let you know what I find out all the best

Fitted wheel bearing was tight extremely, pushed out hub, had to remove inner then weld around the outer inside race causing it to shrink did the trick went back together with a new backplate ok, Busy day today refitted bearing and new compressor on 07, seems ok leveled suspension, rears still 30mm high fronts about 10mm will persevere with calibration, still learning, back to 09 cleaned plugs tricky gearbox one and a few others, fitted a new brake light switch, cleared historic codes, only two wouldn't clear
U0416-94 temporary status invalid data
U0421-94 temporary status invalid data from ride level control module
So getting better dare I hope will mull it over and do a bit of research see if I can formulate next plan of attack

Noticed that the battery 0n the testing 09 is 85ahr 680amp, D3 spec says 95ahr 850amp so have ordered correct specification exide, might this make significant difference? 07 all good but elchepo compressor needed Hitachi software not direct replacement as advertised, but works fine, started on jaguar xf, spent whole day removing bumper and under tray bolts and clips seized or spun managed to remove wheel liners, then remove bumper and front part of tray as one, new clips and bolts on parts list, up on stands now, removing radiator and all front panels next, hoping to support motor and subframe with engine hoist and my gearbox lift drop it and roll the whole thing as a unit out the front, well that's the plan so far, don't have a lift, lot of hidden pipes and plugs and a sump oil leak from sensor I think, it's a challenge but going well

Back on 09 over last day or two still have communication issues have 62 ohms at diagnostic port checked gearbox harness plug behind battery getting 37 ohms from atcm compared to another is the same all codes now temporary and will clear but come back when ignition is turned off and on reoccurring codes are u0416-94. u0421-94 and u2023-86 checking under centre console around ride level module today, 07 has now done 70-80miles no suspension lights smoothness back just a little high on r/h corner if anyone has had these codes a heads up would be most appreciated

Found this corrosion in the gear selector unit, have cleaned plug might this be fault recieved from external node? Removed it and have an replacement from another 09, have a couple of other bits to check, then will replace battery tomorrow, not holding breath though
