It wasn't me that aligned it. I'm sure it would of been done properly as he has done loads. I'm not sure I'm going to see much when someone presses the clutch
Doubt if he has done as many as I have. It is not always easy to align them, especially if you don't have an alignment tool. Or can't use one, because there is no spigot bearing.

The way this works best is if we make suggestions, and you try them, and tell us what happened, rather than telling us what won't work.

But up to you, it is your motor.

I'm not saying it won't work. All I'm saying is I can't see what I'm going to see by someone pressing the clutch down.
What you should see is the pushrod going forward a short distance, and moving the clutch fork forward the same distance.

What you don't want to see is the rod not moving, the rod going through the fork, or fluid pouring out of the slave cylinder.

We was both thinking it was air in the system but it seems that it wasn't that. And then we thought it might have been the slave cylinder but not that either

OK to see that, the slave will need to be removed as it all sits in the side of the box. None of that is visible just from laying under it

Well you are both getting there. It could possibly be a prob where the clutch fork locates in its fulcrum point or the fork may have bent or fractured.

:D

I'm pretty sure it wasn't. It was a brand new slave I fitted aswell. Wasn't sure if it may have been faulty so I put the old one back
