Disco Spares - what do you carry when you go laning?

Nah. When They aint on loan, my A frame and straight bar make the towed broken down vehicle a trailer for excess storage.

hahah I went to Peterborough last night with a lad, to collect a moggy minor with an Aframe. When we got there the fooking thing was 3 6ft scaffold tubes held together with scaffold clamps and a shackle bolted to the end of one of them

Attached it to the front bumper of the moggy and ripped the front bumper mounts straight out of the car. :hysterically_laughi Got to go back tomorrow with a trailer

. Just to finish his night off he got flashed by a speed camera.

Got to do a bit of greenlaning though when we arrived at a bad accident that had blocked the A15. road was closed right next to the entrance to a green lane.

very sharp sheath knife

Hand held CB radio in addition to the permenant mounted one
8 tonne Kinetic strop
2x 5 tonne 10meter strops
tree sling
4 bow shakles
Tirfor
4 tonne air jack + carpet tile
High lift
LR bottle jack.
Bungie cords
First aid kit
Head torch
Gaffer tape
Superglue
Spade + folding spade
GPS computer running memory map
ratchet staps
Hub box 52mm socket
12v halogen inspection flood lamp on crocodile clips
mini 12v compressor
golf Umbrella & hivis jacket.
Kelly Kettle and firelighters
Tool box: selection of sockets, spanners and hammers

All in large Metal ammo boxes ratchet straped to D rings on the mounts where I ripped out the seats or held on the dog guard with zip ties or bungies.

its a pre chav'd 90 saves the people who look at the pictures in lro etc and see the chequer plate and go ooooooh i want lots of that! having to buy the world stocks of chav plate

Si's borrowed my A frame. If you wanna negotiate with him for a time when you can pick it up, You can use it if you want. It secures to the lower arms so should still be able tow it even with the damge that's already done.

we've been and collected it today. On his trailer :doh: So don't ask me why he didn't take the fooker on Thursday. While he was pratting about with it I Took some pictures of the cars on the forecourt.

When laning we take:

At least one bottle of Pastis and 2 bottles of water;

2 bottles of Bordeaux plus bottle opener;

2 baguettes;

Camembert and Brie;

Some sausage;

And some tinned fish.
