Disco 300 tdi clunking when coasting

Hi got a problem with my Disco, if you press the clutch i hear loud clunking noise comming from the drive train!!!! but if i put it back into gear and accelerate it is fine. any help would be appreciated

Could be a number of things. If it's related to your use of the clutch it's probably wear in the drivetrain somewhere, ie propshaft uj's or wear to the diffs or transfer box or gearbox output shaft splines. If it's more related to going over bumps etc it's more likely to be suspension bushes or rear a-frame ball joint. Also check engine and gearbox mounts.

Hi if i coast out of gear with nothing pressed it makes an awfull noise, not when i change gear. if i take it out of gear say going down a hill all i grt is massive clunking put it into gear and drive it is fine!

I'd look at the propshafts first it sounds like a knackered U/J. Sort it out now before it flies off and does some damage.
