Disco 2 questions - headlights and boot storage containers

Hi All

Bought a Disco 2 a few weeks ago and loving being a member of the green oval club!

A couple of things I need to ask though;

1/ Mine has had the 2002 headlamp upgrade but the right hand unit is fogged on the inside. If I remove the light to sort it will my alignment be out when I refit?

2/ My Disco is a 5 seater with those cubby/storage box thingys where the 6th & 7th seats would go. I would like to remove the boxes to give more space for the dogs but not wanting to force things I cannot see how to release them?

Any advice gratefully accepted.

You carefully bend the plastic and the tabs that hold the box in place come out.

As for alignment, draw a chalk line on garage door before you remove and line up when you fit the new one. Obviously you will turn your lights on to know where to put the chalk line!

Head lights should go back as were.in the back are 2 vents pull these out and you will find screws holding bins.lift caps where seat belts come through and you will find tothers

You will not have to realine headlights as you can just take them out just put the screws back in same place my headlights used to fog up until I resealed the headlight glass

Thanks for that, was hoping I could reseal the dodgy one, will get it sorted tomorrow.
