Disco 1 300 Tdi - Braking Problem. Help!!

Had rear diff and alternator changed earlier today -

Took truck for a drive, everything seemed to be ok, then brake pedal kept pushing all the way down when braking. (so just about stopping)
After a couple of pushes on the pedal it seems to feel firm again. Then above happens again.

Will check oil levels and brake pads tomorrow - Any other suggestions lads??
All help appreciated.

Mines doing same after doing hub change I have spongy pedal but push couple time before junction it firms up ?????

Sounds like the master cylinder in the way out

+1 on master cylinder.

Check all your brake lines too for damage

Bake pad fell out the back wheel - ive had all the pads replaced now

is there evidence pad edge rubbing on disc previous
