Hi everyone,
I need to find out if it is possible to disarm the alarm on my p38 as quite often after it is parked it immobilises itself. The passenger door has a possible fault as it won't lock with the remote suspect this is probably causing the problem, however I would prefer to disarm the alarm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I had serious problem with this about a year ago and I 'fixed' it myself having coughed up nearly a 1K to the local dealer. I simply removed the aerial that comes from the rear window to the control block inside the wheel arch trim in the boot. This de-sensitised it enough to work on the remote, but didn't fire off when someone looked at it!
