P38A Diesel pump electric issue!!!

Hi everyone! I am new in this forum.
We got Range Rover P38a 2.5 dse 1998
It was running fine till few days ago.. Car cut out near traffic lights.. I could start it up but it did not tick over keept cuttin out.. Only on full throttle our RR was running but with big (like misfireing)
I got home Cheked all plugs fuses pipes all looked fine... I started car up it run for 20- 40 sec then like misfired and cut out...
I noticed that diesel pump did make funny noises while the ignition was on but engine wasn't Running
Then i unplugged one plug and it stopped maiking ticking and kind of beeping noises!!! After that I tried to start car up and everything was fine.
Car started up didn't cut out only thing I noticed was big power loss and engine management light came on.
My question is maybe someone knows what this plug is for and where it goes.. Thank You!

Do You know from where it getting the signal? Because as soon i plug that back in engine cutts out after few sec and pump making funny noises?

From the ECU subject to signals from the number four injector. The ECU modulates the timing solenoid to increase or decrease internal fuel pressure being applied to the timing device piston to correct static timing. Modulation at idle warm engine should be in the 45% to 55% range. You need good diag on it to tell you what is going on, Nanocom is good.

Thank You! Will have a look later on.. Trouble with the car is the ECU don't respond to the scanners it says for some reason error to linkage.. so i can't scan fot faults.. :(
 
Does anyone knows what supposed to be resistance on the 4th injector. And how its changing when You rew the engine.. Because mine don't change
