Your not gonna like the answer. Is bit more than an injector
Exchange injection pump. Can't afford Nanacom so next thing I could get. Quantity servo can it be done by a specialist or does whole thing need refurbing?
You had it off skitt, there’s the answer then.
D Bob is the guy to get one off. No one I know has needed a 2nd unit, they go like stink and he’s half the price of a cheapy.
He's a bloody crook@Datatek looks like I got ripped by that Mike Skit as seems Quantity servo is knakered on my FIP.

Manchester.Where's Diesel Bob?
Before you condemn the FIP, you need to double check with proper diagnostics that the modulation is right. Can't afford Nanacom so next thing I could get. Quantity servo can it be done by a specialist or does whole thing need refurbing?
Yea will have to find someone. If the modulation is correct. What could the issue be?Before you condemn the FIP, you need to double check with proper diagnostics that the modulation is right.
If the modulation is correct, sad to say you are in for a recon FIP I would guessYea will have to find someone. If the modulation is correct. What could the issue be?
If that's the case. What is the issue the pump is not doing? If the modulation is correct, sad to say you are in for a recon FIP I would guess
I do not know the answer. Could be something else, I have been playing with one where the power drops off, it's had a reconditioned FIP and it's exactly the same, no faults recorded but several things go out of kilter on live data when it goes wrong. If that's the case. What is the issue the pump is not doing?
I had this power drop with the old FIP aswell so having 2 pumps doing same thing is bad luck I guess.

Oh right ok. Yea just put a post out if anyone can lend me one for the day.I do not know the answer. You really need to get it on good diagnostics before laying out more cash.
Ok cheers. The fault is the position or feedback wiper on the quantity servo momentarily losing contact with it's track. Eventually the engine will start to stall when low speed maneuvering or when engine is loaded whilst throttle pot is below 9% at idle.
Nutall street think you told me?Where's Diesel Bob?
Yeah will have to save up for one.I do not know the answer. Could be something else, I have been playing with one where the power drops off, it's had a reconditioned FIP and it's exactly the same, no faults recorded but several things go out of kilter on live data when it goes wrong.

Shouldn’t be hard to track down, guys a legend.
You could check your static is still in range, won’t cure it but gave my FIP second lease of life. Usually when it setting the mil lamp off its had it.
