This £25 charge appeared on the invoice for a service from my local friendly LR specialist.
When I asked I was told "It's to reset the service reminder".
£25?? Pretty sure I could do it myself in 30 seconds with my Hawkeye!

TBH I expect that was one of the smallest parts of your bill.

Yep, Service & MoT & prop bearing. £25 is minor in comparison but still feels like a ripoff.

It would to me too, especially as I expect you paid vat on it as well.
