The difference is with a locker in warriors motor given the same
Exit momentum he would have spun
Opposite wheels when exiting as lot Of the
Momentum was lost climbing out the hole whereas with locker n truetrac they just bite giving you a lot more leeway. Even the flexiest suspension would not have helped because with open diffs the power will go to the path of least resistance and nomayyer what you say the wheel dropped will have bigger all weight on it and will spin therefore the saying stands lockers for go suspension for show. Agreed having bot is nice but me
Personally would prefer to not show off and still drive things effortlessly!

what does flexiest suspension have to do with the entry and exit of that puddle?still reckon a gaylander could have done it:smokin:

Back because it adds a lot more strain through your axle components buying up rated rear shafts rear are cheap. If you did the front then all that extra strain is put through the CVs and shafts which if 24 spline have the weaker 32 inner CVs which are far weaker then the early 23 spline inners.

By adding a rear locker the front has an easier
Time because the rear is never not pulling unless beached with no wheels on the ground giving the front end less strain

My 90 runs weak 10 spline 4.7:1 std 2 pin front diff and 37 inch tyres it's lasted because the rear locker and sympathetic driving/ mechanical sympathy.

It will be upgraded but no money for my 90 at present money is going on OPEN diffs for the offroader.

Spline count doesn't matter the best is 24 24 rear and front is
24 23 (aftermarket ashcroft/Kam etc) is the strongest possible.

Lr std fronts are 2strife end and 32 spline Inner Cvs and this is the weak point. So I'd up fit a front locker your better off buying locker and
Inner shafts using 110/90 cvs with 23 spline. If you just fit a locker then you will blow cv and inner shafts a lot
