Sounds like yours were tough ones then. What's the condition of the pistons like? If mine were that reluctant to shift, I'd be wondering whether they'd corroded themselves to the seals and were sticking. You want them to be able to move a bit more freely than that so they'll actually do something when you press the pedal! There's some resistance as a result of forcing the fluid back up the pipe, but they should move albeit slowly.Yeah I tried a screw driver and bent that so tried a crow bar, then bent that also, I got of the Pistons in before I tried levering it, but I just broke the spanner doing it, Ffs. I also tried mole grips and caught the palm of my hand in the mechanism, which was what finally made me give up.
Anyway, the wheels are looking great . I've been wondering whether to buy some more for mine as the sparkly silver paint is starting to come off my Boost alloys.
