So I had the 3 amigos again, this time it wasn't just a sensor but the abs pump, so got that sent of for testing and rebuild, but its a write of so I now need to modify a disco one or buy a brand new one for £1500

she's been of the road for 3 weeks and its making me depressed.

Decided to go for a new abs pump as hopefully it will last better, now my wallet is feeling empty.

So 4 weeks, a lot of money a new abs pump and new heater elements in the seats I've got my girl back, so happy!

Bought another remote control light bar, I wish I could somehow wire it in with the other one but this ones got different colours and different flash patterns so don't think it would work, also got 2 small led bars for the back as the revering light is terrible.

So I had slight issue earlier, the heated seat element melted my seat base and burnt my backside. Not sure what to do

Oh dear!! Not good at all. Is the frame alright? Could get a retrim kit + new element they arnt that hard to do.

I'd be more worried as to why it happened, your wiring all top notch? I would have thought the fuse would blow before this.

There' s only a small hole down through the seat base to the element, and hole in my jeans as well, I just had the garage change the heater element to so perhaps they put something on wrong, I need to investigate when I have time

I also wanted to get some new seats anyway as I get a bad back with the standard seats, but I don't have the money at the moment.

Went to a mini show on sunday, taking the defender was definitely a good idea. ended up towing people out.
