Kind of agree that new bod was junped on unnecessarily. You cant assume hes rich and spoilt. You dont know that he hasnt been working his ass off for the last four years to afford to buy the car of his dreams...if so fair play to him .:)

ahem, the disco I paid for and its being booted out soon

the series is a project, I don't go out and get hammered nor smoke so that saves me money and all profits I make when building bits n bobs or money from odd jobs goes towards it, all in now I think I've spent £850 on it, it'll owe me about £750 when I'm done with it as I've sold a few more bits off it and theres more to go too!

Plus whatever I get back from that engine crane will help too

sounded exactly like the insurance and garage thing that last guy posted up which ended up in him calling his "police dad" in


in fairness two out of three points were helpful, had he been bothered to search he'd have found out that a defender is group 6 IIRC and a disco is something like group 20 on a new one……….big clue there already, that and ever insurance thread on here when people ask for prices is exactly the same……discos cost more

and an intro wouldn't have gone amiss rather than jumping the gun

finally I may have been in a bad mood after working my ass off on the pipe bender all afternoon making side steps along side various other niggles throughout the day

My insurance is ####ing ridiculous yeah but I've been done for drink driving and speeding (unfortunate I didn't hit into doctor evil and write the #### off!)
