I am looking at getting either a defender 90 or a discovery 3 my budget is £10,000 ideally less then 12 years old and with less then 100,000 miles. I am under 20 years old therefore I know insurance will be high but ideally I want the cheaper and better option.

How do I make a discovery 3 commerical as I understand this would make insurance cheaper?
