Defender central locking kit

Fitted the hawk kit to my 110 sw very good didn't do the rear door though, as I didn't fit locks to the front doors so left the back door on the key so I've got access .

If you mean an actual rear door with the lift up handle not a drop down tailgate (just me that thinks drop down with tailgate?) someone put a post on here you can modify it with a small hole at the bottom of the lock casing to take the central locking pin and it works fine
He just ran the cables up the doorframe and along the edge of the roof behind carpet. Think that's what I'm going to do

Alexc, Yes, sorry i mean the door with the lift handle. I ised tailgate so i didnt confuse it with the back passenger doors. I might get the kit and wire up the front doors then work on the rear door, its an ex utility defender so all kitted out in the back, running wires could take me a while, very novice to all this kind of stuff, but best way to learn is to get stuck in!!!!
Ian, how tricky of a job is it? Have had door cards off but presume there is a bit of wire chasing to do through the dash???
