Defender bits ( Somerset )

Hi all ,

Placed an order with these back in early April, received confirmation email and the funds have been taken from my account. Since then no response via email / telephone + the website seems to be offline. Anybody know anything please about this company ?

I noticed the we site was down yesterday, nice people to deal with, I hope they haven't gone pop.

Not good.
They used to be a sponsor on here but are now banned.
Time to start getting your money refunded I think.
Hope you paid by card or paypal.

Banned might be a bit strong, don't think there was any more than the odd complaint like most suppliers.

It was more an agreement that expired

Hi,

I paid with my card only about £30 but would expect a response at least ! So perhaps they have gone out of business. The citizens advice have told me to send a recorded delivery letter to see if mail is being accepted at the business address.

If you pull up one of their posts it says 'banned'.

Get your card company to do the hard work.
