heres a few more for ya....
strange that we haven't seen any more comments fro the op, do you think he may have been looking for some wheels local to him to nick to fit his td5????
not much room for error on the front there..I got these BFG KM2 35x12.5 R15s last week, I have a fair lift though. Any bigger wheels or less lift and i think there would be a problem!
Take a look! :5bdrool5:

285/75/16 are around 33.5 inches not 35 inchesI have just got a set of insa turbo special track 285/75 16s i still need to adjust the steering lock but im not sure if that will even stop it rubbing on the radius arms i need a lift now because it rubs on the rear arches when i go over speed bumps i also had to cut the corners off the rear arches to stop it rubbing when i went round corners so if anyone was wondering what tyres will fit on a standard defender you can get away with about 35" with only a very small amount of trimming until you can afford a lift kit so i have to just be a poser for a couple of weeks now
That looks great. How much lift do you have?I got these BFG KM2 35x12.5 R15s last week, I have a fair lift though. Any bigger wheels or less lift and i think there would be a problem!

right im having a problem with the tyres now at 40 the steering wheel wobbles and at 60 it is un drivable so i have to sit at 50 on the motorway where it is sort of ok if i dont try to change lane too fast so i have been to every local tyre fitter and no one said they could fit them on there balencing machine but the sixth garrage gave it a go he got a reading of 210 and 245 and said he couldnt balence them and didnt even bother putting any lead on or checking the other three wheels anyone know if he was right or just bullsh*ting me by the way he struggled to get the wheel off the car and could not lift it on to the machine an i had to put it back on the car puff
