Defender 200tdi engine intercooler pipes...mmmm

Guys, I'm wanting to replace the intercooler pipes with new alloy units. Have any of you come across a tidy install? Ideally clean mandrel bent units with rolled beaded ends?

If you've got any tidy existing installs could you post some pics/take some measurements for me to get pipes made up.
