DEAD! after failed radio wiring

I have just tried, very unsucessfully to put my new stereo in. I touched a couple of wires together I shouldn't have done and now certain things wont work, including:
electric windows,
Rear view mirror lights

Its on a classic (1994) 3.9 V8 range rover.
Anyone one got any ideas whats up cos I cant find a thing amiss!

Have you tried checking your fuses?
And then replacing the ones that you have blown!

Yes, checked that first. the ones in the dash, the ones behind the steering column, the ones under the seat, all fine! Any anywhere else?
