Hello
I'm having some issues with the Dashboard cluster indication lights , I hope you can help me find the cause.
The gearbox broke and needed extensive refurbishment , because of the cost the car was left standing outside for just over six months .... The gearbox has now been fixed and the car has several issues....
It's a 2005 Vouge Td6...,. It's fitted with the MOST data system.
At first the car radio and Screen display was totally dead ... After reading posts on here I tried removing the connector to the DVD Sat Nav unit connector from the unit in the Lhs boot compartment.... I also removed fuse49 for 10 mins.... The radio and computer screen now work OK , although I now have no Sat Nav as I'm reluctant to plug the DVD drive back in.
But... The Indicator and Full Beam/ dipped beam lights on the Dashboard cluster are totally dead ( no sound or click when signal indicators are in operation too) , the exterior lights and signal indicators lights do work still luckily.
The car also came back with the folding mirrors totally dead and not working when the button is pressed.. But the position of the glass is still working fine .... Are the mirrors connected to the dash problems do you think?
Should I investigate the other modules in the boot compartment to rectify these issues or am I barking up the wrong tree ?
