DAB a bit iffy

Just realised this morning that when I put the rear window demist on it plays havoc with the signal for the DAB radio

. It does tend to be slightly iffy radio channels for example Kiss in London can be a bit hit and miss any way, but put on the rear demist and silence with occasional popping? (thats not a sound track

)

Any ideas

There is a software download to the dab amp I know it is there for disco 4 and sport so it might be the same on a lm. Does it work but occasion cracks and pops in and out? Does it do it on normal radio ie fm am? Dealers will check the software level via sdd and if there is one available I would get it done as it is the cheapest thing to do first. I've cured several with that download.

Yes it does get crackly and pops. Fine on analogue radio.

Can I do the update myself?
