Custom plate, will I look a knob?

That's the best answer so far to the OP's question, why should anyone be considered a knob just for wanting to be an individual? If they wanted to follow the herd they wouldn't have bought a LR product in the first place.

If it’s a car that’s less than 3 years old and it’s of any value and it’s got a standard issue plate on it, and it’s pretty standard looking, it makes it look like it’s a company contract hire, or a rental car.

Tot up the knobs vs the non-knobs I suppose & just like Brexit ignore the result if it doesn't suit you
