the damper came off in my hand with no problems.
thanks to you 2 locals for offering support. im also available to help any of you guys with stuff if required.
now onto next problem i came up against before i had to dash of to do a job. the timing case has a stud through it at top of water pump. some idiot has sheared it off at some point and its holding case on so looks like im gunna have to drill it out and re tap it.
every days a learning day. (tho just some learn quicker than others)
cant picture the stud- and cant work out how a sheared stud still holds summat on? any chance of a pic?
thought about a stud extractor?
you know these covers are dowled?
i reckon you've missed a bolt.
still cant see jow the sheard stud will hold it.
