Hey Guys,
My 1st post here so hopefully this is the right section to post this.....
I've recently purchased a 2009 Defender 2.4ltr Tdci 110 Wagon. It's just come back from its 1st service with a report that there is a "crack" in the exhaust manifold. I'm not sure if this is common (it's not from what I can tell) but I'm now looking for what options I have to get this fixed. I priced a new one from LR and that option is a bit outside my budget for the moment so what other options do I have?
Being the same engine from a Ford Transit, will one of those manifolds from the 2.4 Transit be the same as what I have? If so, where is the best place to source one from?
Is a 2nd hand an option that I should look at as this would be an affordable option for me atm?
