Would the LT77 also benefit from the Difflock oil, or the seemingly better value Smith and Allan oil above?
I've got to change mine soon and would be prepared to pay more if there are genuine improvements to the shifting, without increasing wear etc! Cheers

When I tried it in my quite worn LT77 it made it much much worse, so bad I changed it for std cheapo atf the next day.
I admit my box is worn, I gave the oil to my mate who had a freshly rebuilt LT77 and he reckoned it was the mutts.
So if you run a shagger avoid!

I have a more then due gearbox and transfer, although... I have thrown about 4 different bottle of gear oil of various grades and about a litre of friction reducer into it and the axles, everything is running good has been for a month or so now :p
