cop out of control

What the fook can you do when a little bastid cop that you pass at the side of the road follows you and when you park and get out of the car, he pulls up and says he was going to stop you because he claims you had no seatbelt on, when you claim it was he says well you must have put it back on, but you had a white jumper on and I never saw it on when you passed.

A little **** about 18 aswel and stroppy, and a lying little bastid who needed a punch in the mouth.

Complained to his inspector but once paperwork is completed I'm told you have to argue it in court.

I dont really get this attitude thing that they are always right and that I have to fork out at least 60 quid because he was well wrong, probably bored ****less and wanted a bit of fun, well its 60 quid less fun I can have and I hope he gets run over or something, the little bastid.

My son was followed up to his work by another prat who claimed he was using his phone, and just got out of it because he could prove there was no calls on the log, but the **** said that he was going to check cameras on route. I mean get a fokin life and go and catch criminals ffs what protection do we have here.

WHERE THE FOOK IS THE JUSTICE HERE COZ I AM WELL FOKIN ****ED OFF.

There was two, the other one came out because I said I wasnt paying the fixed penalty and charged me, probably close to getting arrested.
 
Power is a mad thing a local lad managed (god knows how unless its because he is very familiar with the cells) to become a copper I last saw him wheelspinning the cop car at the local boy racer night chattin to his mates in modded corsas. I wish I had my phone on me to record it. Little Cuunt wearin his luminous jacket.

yea i have been done for a "phone whilst driving" offence when i had pulled over

im sure there are some good coppers, but all the ones i tend to meet are tossers
 
sure;y if its a camera car then he will have video evidence to show in court. was he wearing his hat when he came to speak with you?

ask them to present the inspection log for the vehicle, a preshift check should be done i believe!!

and if all else fails offer to pay a pound a week as you are skint!!

failing that send a cheque recorded delivery!!

only problem is if there are 2 coppers and they both testify against you your arguement wont hold. my 2 said theres no point me gonig to court coz both of em will give evidence against me. it was the scenario where you really wanted to record the conversation
 
Don't know if it's law yet but there was talk of a defendant NOT getting back any legal fee's paid if found not guilty......could get very expensive to be innocent in the future....'nother stealth tax me thinks.:mad:
 
jumped up arrogant little b*stards them young coppers are ! they get out of pig school and think they are masters of the universe.
but alas doing a motorist is easy pickings for the filthy b*stards and it goes down as a case detected, solved and conviction secured.
catching the real crims is hard work, they have to go out and work at catching them and it dont fill the figures like the motorists do. the car 'crime' comes to them and there aint no getting out of it :)
 
ALWAYS opt to have your say in court.
Dress smart, and speak smart, and do not raise your voice.

Insist that you were wearing your belt, and the officers, yes BOTH of them, are either mistaken, or telling lies. You do not know why they would do that unless just to get an easy conviction.

Say you will never admit to doing a wrong you did not do, and that is why you are there.
