Because of the recent/impending law change with regards to tyre noise etc, many dealers are finding it difficult to get stock of AT and mud tyres.

There are a few sellers on Ebay, in particular one guy in Bridgend who has very good prices and usually no issues with stock.

Normally I recommend Camskill but they have no stock

I got my STTs from Silverline. I bought them a year ago so the price is probably out of date but he did me a good deal and was very helpful. I will definitely go back there when I need some new ones.
