Coolant issues

Hi guys, new here and looking for advice. I recently bought a 2003 l322 v8 petrol/lpg. I have had some issues with coolant loss. First expansion bottle split. Then few days later a hose from lpg to heater matrix split. Would like opinions on maybe being linked? No gunk etc at oil cap or dipstick is it worth getting a pressure test for hg done? Also breather hoses at crank all split so changing them too. Fixedleak at rear heater pipe all seems okat moment and never overheated at all. And anyone local to Glasgow area recommend a decent garage for future repairs? Thanks in advance .
