Those ????????

Whilst there are folk here in all seriousness does anybody have info on whether the instrument bulbs are replaced as just the bulbs or do I need to get LR replacements with the holder and bulb ? LRseries has STC3868 and STC3869 which look like the ones I have taken out but I don't have Microcat up and running to see the part no's and whether I just need to get the bulbs or need the whole thing.

There are 21 of the smaller ones and 3 of the larger green capped ones.

Ok, so in response to overwhelming opinion I AGREE THAT I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR THE F SEALS !!!!

I have now sent a mail back to the guys saying so...... now would anybody care to answer the original f question ?

Yes i will answer it for you. I have not had any problem getting a new condensor for my Range Rover. I bought one from the same supplier you did. I did not get any O rings with mine either. However whilst it would have been a nice touch to have them included, i did not mind because i have a box full off aircon seals in my tool box. I gave the guy positive feedback because the condensor i recieved was of good quality and a snip at £62.00 + post even without O rings. I would also think that at that money anyone selling the same thing for less complete with 50p O rings and £40.00 worth of refridgerant must be making their condensors from Turkey foil. :D:D:D

Thanks fanatic, will do tomorrow. I managed to get the bulbs out of holders so will try to get Microcat working later to get voltage etc. Thanks for clarifying "those"....sure my wife and 5 kids would wonder what you mean exactly.

Nice as well that we don't all hide behind a nickname don't you think ? Can we have a pic of you or is the one here a genuine article ? :p

Well Tony you certainly started something there. I got mine from Budget radiators on eBay about five months ago. £62.00 plus £12.00 post i think. How much was yours?

Paid £69 for mine last year complete with O rings & a quantity of lube. Came with a note from the supplier to say they had gone bust! Good job it was OK quality wise.

Be careful Keith mentioning 69, O and Lube in the same sentence can cause a lot of exitement on here. My tits on a mars bar was bad enough.:D:D:D

£101 inc p&p, part itself was £89. The one I wanted originally that was out of stock was £75+£13.50 p&p so £88.50 all in. It sounds like the one data got with fluids, seals and fitting instructions etc

I guess it's all about import costs as they all seem to be sourced from China so exchange rate has to come into the price differential.
