Clutch fitter hull/leeds ?

Hello, Im a newbie but have been watching you lot and chuckling for a while. (sneaky!)

Ive got a 2003 TD4 with 43000 miles on the clock and the clutch is starting to go. (Not dramatically yet, just on its way out.) Ive bought a clutch kit with the intention of a work mate fitting it but he cant do it for ages and I dont think it will last that long.?..

Does anyone know a mechanic who is freelander friendly that can fit my clutch kit? its an AP (borg and beck) kit. on the cheap?

(I genuinely started laughing down the phone when landrover told me they wanted £900!)

I live in Ferriby, (its just west of Hull.) my in laws live in Leeds so hull/leeds or anywhere in between.

Im assuming you dont mean the romany types currently taking up residence on the roundabout near my house?! We have got a hyacinth like woman going mental in our village she is badgering people outside the post office about it.
They are pretty tidy gypsies to be fair and the main caravan is immense! they have got little kennels for all the dogs and a couple of chickens on strings.
Anyway I digress... who is Pikey? do you have his number? whereabouts is he? (in relation to Hull/Leeds.)

i meant our resident Pikey - ie Redhand, he is in Hull - at least he was last time the cops wanted him . whether he wud do it tho? - pm him.
