Rolled to the headlight shroud join or stop short ?
Rolled edge to outer wing joint ot flat ?

3mm always. 2mm is to thin and flimsy
Aerial depends on if you have one. I do but in this day and age don’t use it as use my phone.
Around the vents. Under them doesn’t seal the vent loop properly
To the edge or under I didn’t know was a thing I thought it just depended on the alignment of the wing and the bonnet. One of mine is under one is to the edge! But the wings are not straight and the bonnet not square.
Colour is black. Silver reflects the sun and gives glare
Rolled to the headlight join to add rigidity
Never seen rolled to the outer wing thought they only did flat.

Yes, yes and here's a (bad) pic, but you can see the curve up the side.
These fit under the vents, which I agree, is shite.

Mine fit round the vents & rolled on the front.
Indents make good tool holder when working.
Make sure the vents can be removed with the plates fixed on.
Now held down with self tappers. Pop rivits rattles to death(don’t know why these screws have not) Only removed once in 20years.nothing sealing or under them
And yep I walk on the wings & bonnet to sit on the truck cab roof. Safest place to watch rally cars/ comp safari on recovery

If you get the genuine LR ones they are rubber backed
