hy is there anyone out there in the big wide web now of a chassis for my very poor old 1990 defender 90 poor old girl faild the mot last week on a lot of welding im in south wales so if any one has one or nows of one please let me know (07800819640) ask for lee if anyone can help

The chassis carries the vehicle's identity - you can only retain that identity by replacing the chassis with a new one - and you'll need the paperwork to prove it. Google for defender chassis, you can get a galvanised one for a few pennies more.

Or you could just put a second hand one on there. Everybody is quite happy to pull the ''this is the law'' card when it comes to replacing a chassis, but if it isn't stolen , and you know it isn't stolen , what harm are you doing?
Obviously you will use the second hand chassis identity.
