Get it 21mpg doesn't sound that bad to me , i average 11 outta mine mu friends td5 averages 23 but derv costs more
Fit LPG and you instantly have a pile of poo! never seen one run right yet Last RRC I got with a mate had 13 Yes 13 New genuine AFM's over a 7 year period after a £2400 professional install with receipts. Add to that the numerious motors that I have seen not working right with LPG I would have to pass infact If i see a v8 for sale with LPG instantly its off my list. The cost saving vs having more problems and or parts failing early I'd steer clear. Simple if you can't afford to feed the V8 buy a diesel. Nowdays Petrol is so much cheaper than diesel at its current rate a V8 may well be cheaper to run than Diesel in a couple of years
