Centre console switches

Hi Guys,

I know this has prob been covered before but i have had no luck finding the info im looking for. I have an 04 TD5 90 SW

Is it possible to remove the centre console switch without removing the entire console as need to swap out/ check to non working switched?

It is possible to lever them out from the front - BUT, there's a very high probability that you'll break the front off of the switch, and/or mark the facia.

It's not a lot of work to undo the retaining screws and push the switches out from behind.
