cassette player does not work

YEah i fink that magicky fink isnt doing anyfink lol the pick up head needs manual cleaning mostly mine clean just the azimeth is out
Whatever it is it hasn't brokeded anyfing 'yet' and I've been using it since cassettes could still be easily found. I'll take a photo of it some day soon, when a walk to the car doesn't feel like a himalayan trek :( Whatever works, it or the head cleaner, the tapes play :) (famous last words)

The cleaning tape is doing the job as it runs over the pick up head the same as a normal tape, simple and effective.
 
Coincidentally, I remarked on another thread about offering my services as an unqualified instrument tuner,
I have a stilson and mash hammer, can't be too hard?

You don't say what make the unit is, if it's a Clarion the company does a postal repair service for any of their products.

So sorry to hear about the dog, been there too many times ...
