nope - they are defininitions of flammable and inflammable.
the only difference being "in". Inflammable can be used to describe a person as well as combusible materiel.
the reason that the more modern corruption "flammable" came about woz that foreigners (like the welsh) thought that the prefix "in" was a latin prefix meaning "not" and therefore led to confusion.
does this muddy the water sufficiently?
