Can't search for threads.

I don't want to start a new thread evertyime I have a question about something so been trying to search for existing threads on the subject but I can't!

I click the SEARCH button, type in what I'm looking for
e.g. tyres then nothing happens. Any ideas people?

I take it you are using a phone when this happens.
Try using the google search just above the search button.
I tend to find the google one is much better anyway.
The normal search button even on a laptop is 5hiteee

That's it thanks! Wasn't using the advance search option but that's working fine.

The search function is notoriously w4nk on here, advanced at least gives you a chance of finding summat close to what tha looking for.
