can not access the ECU by the scan tool for P38

Dear all good day,
this the first time happened to me i put in my scan tool in OBD2 for Range rove P38 4.6 petrol but i cant enter the ecu box. from where should i start to find out why? is the fuse box may cause this please any help???

I am Using Lynx pro full version i work and i have done many cars with this scan tool the tool is working fine by the way

Look at fuse 33 engine bay fuse box. Or the OBDII socket maybe damaged. Look at the rear of it.

In the engine bay fuse box 5 amp. They are numbered.

it is fine no damage
